About the Job
As a server at Harbell’s, you will enhance customer experiences by providing personalized service, suggestions, and an all-around fun time for our guests. You will be working with every single team in the restaurant, so teamwork is a must. You will also need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and with a can-do attitude. Your ultimate goal is to provide exciting and high-quality service for all customers, ensuring they are tended to promptly and all orders are correct.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Taking orders accurately
- Delivering hot food promptly
- Clearing tables
- Managing transactions
- Dealing with customer complaints when they arise
- Efficiently working with all team members, such as hostess and kitchen staff
- Performing other duties as assigned
Experience as a server in a high volume restaurant is preferred but not required.
