Happy Valentine’s Day from Harbell’s! In the spirit of celebrating the holiday of love, we’re sharing some of our favorite things about downtown Springfield, Missouri, including all our wonderful neighboring businesses!

Entertainment galore

From concerts and plays at Gillioz and Springfield Little Theatre to indie movies at Moxie Cinema or big blockbusters at Regal College Station Stadium 14, there are plenty of viewing options within blocks of one another! Looking for something a little more interactive? Try 1984, a classic 1980s retro arcade, or Craft Axe Throwing!

Shop ‘til you drop

The wide selection of locally-owned shops downtown will undoubtedly leave you with some amazing finds every time. Check out Heavy Heads Records or Stick It In Your Ear for a new record to spin, Next to New to give some clothing some second-hand love, or 5 Pound Apparel for a cool new T-shirt (and as a plus, this business even give 5 pounds of food to someone in need with every purchase through Ozarks Food Harvest!)

The solution to your sweet tooth

Dessert, anyone? Downtown Springfield has you covered, no matter what sweet treat you’re looking for! Take your taste buds on a trip with Hurts Donut Company, Mae’s Gelateria, or Prairie Pie. Yum!
